The company recommends using it every two days as part of your skincare regime. However, I tend to be lazy some nights and skip the treatment for 3 and 4 days. So, I would say that consistency is essential, and if you use it at least twice a week, you will notice an improvement in your skin texture and condition.
Do I recommend it?
I love this machine, and I feel comfortable following the instructions provided. It’s manageable to use and is an effective treatment for skin inflammation, acne, and an excellent way to rejuvenate the skin.
